Terms of Use

By purchasing or using Seed of Faith you agree to these Terms. Please read them before you pay — acceptance is also required at checkout.

1. What you are buying

Seed of Faith is a digital faith and devotional product delivered inside a private members app. Depending on the plan you choose, it includes guided audio devotionals, written daily reflections, Bible reading plans, printable workbooks and prayer materials, a private prayer journal, and — on higher plans — community access and a one-to-one onboarding call. No physical product is shipped.

2. Prices and currency

All plans are one-time payments charged in USD (US dollars): Seed $27.00 USD, Roots $47.00 USD, Harvest $77.00 USD and Legacy $100.00 USD. There is no subscription, no free trial, no recurring charge and no hidden fee. Your card issuer may apply currency conversion or international fees that are outside our control.

3. Promotions

No promotions, discounts or free trials are currently offered. If a promotion is ever offered, its full conditions (price, duration, eligibility and what happens when it ends) will be displayed on this website and at checkout before you pay.

4. Delivery

Access credentials are sent to the email address used at checkout immediately after payment is approved, and in any case within 24 hours. If your email does not arrive, check spam and contact support and we will deliver access manually.

5. Licence and acceptable use

You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence for lifetime access to the content of the plan you bought. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publish or share your login credentials, except for the sharing invitations explicitly included in the Legacy plan. We may suspend accounts that share credentials or attempt to download and republish the content.

6. Refunds, disputes and cancellation

Every purchase is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee, described in full in our Refund & Dispute Policy. Because Seed of Faith is a one-time purchase, there is no subscription to cancel; the Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel an order before access is used and how to close your account.

7. Payments and security

Payments are processed by Stripe over HTTPS/TLS. Card data is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant processor, and never touches our servers. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

8. Important limitations and disclaimers

• Seed of Faith is a spiritual, educational and personal well-being resource. It is not a medical device, therapy or health treatment, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
• It does not replace professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, nutritional, legal or financial advice. If you are in a mental health crisis, contact a licensed professional or your local emergency services (in Brazil: CVV 188).
• We make no promise of financial gain, healing or any guaranteed outcome. Results depend on personal dedication and vary from person to person.
• Sold to adults aged 18 or over only.
• The product is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representative of any specific church or religious institution.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes will be published on this page with a new date and will not retroactively reduce rights over purchases already made. These Terms are governed by Brazilian law, including the Consumer Protection Code (Law 8.078/1990).
