Refund & Dispute Policy

14-day money-back guarantee

If Seed of Faith is not right for you, request a refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase and we refund 100% of the amount paid, in USD, to the original payment method. You do not need to justify your decision, and you keep nothing you must return — the product is digital, so we simply revoke app access.

How to request it

  • Email keniaolca@gmail.com with the subject "Refund", or message us on WhatsApp at +55 37 99934-5666.
  • Include the email address used at checkout and the plan you bought.
  • We confirm receipt within 24–48 business hours and submit the refund through Stripe within 3 business days of approval.
  • Your bank or card issuer normally posts the money back within 5–10 business days. Currency-conversion differences applied by your issuer are outside our control.

Right of withdrawal

Brazilian consumers also have the 7-day right of withdrawal for online purchases under article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code. Our 14-day guarantee is broader and applies in addition to it.

Exceptions

  • Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
  • Accounts suspended for sharing credentials, redistributing content or other abuse of the licence.
  • Repeated purchase-and-refund cycles by the same person or payment method, which we treat as abuse of the guarantee.
  • For the Legacy plan, if the one-to-one onboarding call has already taken place, we refund the plan minus the value of that call (USD $30.00); before the call, the refund is full.

Chargebacks and disputes

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — we resolve almost every case in a single message and a direct refund is faster than a chargeback. If a dispute is opened, we respond to Stripe with the purchase record, the delivery confirmation and these policies. Access may be suspended while a dispute is open, and is restored if the dispute is withdrawn.

Charge description

The charge appears on your statement as SEED OF FAITH. If you do not recognise a charge, contact us and we will identify it or refund it immediately.

Duplicate or failed charges

Duplicate charges and charges where access was never delivered are refunded in full, no questions asked, as soon as we are notified.
