Cancellation Policy

There is nothing recurring to cancel

Every Seed of Faith plan is a single one-time payment in USD. We do not operate subscriptions, free trials, introductory offers or automatic renewals, so your card is charged once and never again. You will never receive a renewal charge or a "trial ending" charge from us.

Cancelling an order

  • Before access is delivered: email keniaolca@gmail.com or message WhatsApp +55 37 99934-5666 and we cancel the order and refund it in full, usually the same business day.
  • After access is delivered: within 14 days of purchase, ask for a refund under our 14-day money-back guarantee — we revoke access and return 100% of the amount paid.

Closing your account and deleting your data

  1. 1. Open the Seed of Faith app and sign in.
  2. 2. Go to Profile → Account → Close account.
  3. 3. Confirm. Your login stops working immediately.
  4. 4. To also erase your personal data and prayer journal, tick "Delete my data" or email us — we complete deletion within 15 days, keeping only the invoice records that Brazilian tax law requires.

If you prefer not to use the app, a single email to keniaolca@gmail.com is enough. We never require a phone call, a form or any retention interview to cancel.

If we ever offer a subscription

Should a recurring plan or a trial be introduced in the future, we will: state the price, currency and billing interval before you pay; send a reminder email at least 7 days before any first charge at the end of a trial, introductory offer or price change, with a link to cancel online; make cancellation available in one click inside the account area; and issue receipts stating the trial duration and the next charge date. Those conditions will be published here before any such offer goes live.
